The act of,thinking like,doing like,or moving like a very ignorant person.No matter the race or ethnicity Negracity comes in all shapes,sizes,and colors.

Willie knew he couldnt afford the house ,but the negracity in him led him to try to live beyond his means which led to the house to go into foreclosure.

Mary couldn't beleive that Billy had the negacity to loadly describe in public how he made love to Mary's mother and father simultaneously.
