The Mustaine is a moustache made of or caked in Santorum. Stems from Dave Mustaine's support of Rick Santorum and his speaking out against gay rights because he is a 'Christian'.

Mustaine'd

Verb. To be Mustaine'd is to travel a great distance with a group of people, and once arriving at the destination point, to be sent immediately back--usually because you're being fired for being an incompetent ass.

This is named for Dave Mustaine who, as a member of Metallica, traveled with them from California to NYC. The band sent him packing the next day.

Alison: Did you see Project Runway last night?
Kora: When they got to go to Paris, and then Angela got Mustaine'd cause of the crappy dress? Awesome show.

dave mustaine

Former Metallica guitarist. Was kicked out after being a drunkard/punching James Hetfield/not swallowing with Lars. They used his ideas for virtually all of their first two albums. Which were probably the only good ones. He decided to form a band called Megadeth. He was once in Metallica...he mentions it in every interview. Megadeth were one of the Big Four of thrash, along with Slayer, Anthrax and Metallica who Dave was once in. Dave is famously ginger. Recently became an uberchristian, but is still an amazing guitarist with a huge ego and a chip on his shoulder because of what those people in Metallica did to him. Wears flannel shirts onstage and can play riffs nobody else can. He was also once in a band called Metallica. Most famous for 'Hangar 18', 'Tornado Of Souls', 'Symphony Of Destruction', 'In The Navy' and 'Mechanix', which Metallica stole for 'The Four Horsemen'. At one time, Mustaine was a member of Metallica though so it's fine.

I heard Dave Mustaine was in a band before Megadeth, after Panic. I think it was slayer. No...Pantera. No...who was it?

Dave Mustained

When someone gets kicked to the curb for somewhat valid reasons by either someone close to them or a group they were involved with without a fair warning or second chance, much like how thrash metal band Megadeth's founder Dave Mustaine was previously kicked out of heavy metal titan Metallica in a rather harsh and unfair fashion for drug use, alcoholism, and his behavior when under the influence. Double points if the person(s) doing the Mustaining do the same exact thing(s) they are Mustaining the other person for.

Guy: Dude my friend group totally Dave Mustained me.

Friend: What why?

Guy: They said I was an asshole and I wasn't as fun to be around anymore. I mean I was kind of an asshole at times but at the same time we all kinda were to each other. I can kinda understand where they're coming from, but no warning? No second chance? Did all of their experiences with me not mean anything to them? If they had gotten serious with me and said something I would have changed. Kind of uncalled for and out of the blue.

Friend: Damn dude, that sucks, I'm sorry. What a bunch of dicks.
