Used to describe a person who is unable to comprehend simple questions, tasks and is generally unintelligent

Ex: "Hey bro, where did you put my food I told you to put in the refrigerator?"

"Huh? I thought you were letting me have it so I ate half and threw the rest out"

"You're on a meek level of intelligence dawg. What is wrong with you?"

A person who looks a hell of a lot older than they actually are, usually due to early growth of masses of facial hair.

Inspired by 18 year old Danny Meeks - well known ice-skater, who actually appears to be in his late 40's.
