Lucid Dream

A lucid dream is one in which the dreamer has total, or partial, control of oneself and one's surroundings, by making the realization that he or she is actually asleep. It is this realization that allows the dreamer to experience what is known as a lucid dream on one of these possible levels:

1. The realization has been made, but there is no control of oneself or of one's surroundings
2. Semi-control of oneself, with no control over one's surroundings
3. Full control over oneself, still with no control of one's surroundings
4. Semi-control over both oneself and one's surroundings
5. Full control over both oneself and one's surroundings

There are many techniques for lucid dreaming that have been developed and improved upon over the centuries. These include: habitual reality checking, recording dreams (dream journal), meditation, verbal reinforcement, etc.

The best method (the only one from the 21st century), requires nothing but an Android device, and can be used to experience a lucid dream tonight; whereas the previous methods could take months, even years, before results are seen. Lucius Malfoy

Lucius Malfoy is the father of Draco and husband to Narcissa Malfoy. He is a Death Eater and all around baddie in the Harry Potter books though in the last installment of the series, the Deathly Hallows, Lucius' pureblood ideals seem to take a back seat to protecting his family. In the second book, he was responsible for getting Tom Riddle's diary into Ginny Weasley's hands and thus reopening the Chamber of Secrets. He was a high ranking Death Eater in Voldemort's inner circle until he screwed up and got thrown into Azkaban prison for the Department of Mysteries debacle. Lucius is known for his wealth and influence in the Wizarding community despite his prejudice against Muggle Borns like Hermione Granger. He is portrayed by Jason Isaacs in the Harry Potter films.

Hermione: Wow, that Lucius Malfoy is a real fox! Too bad he's such a prejudiced prick and would probably Avada me if I offered to polish his broomstick...

Being aware of the fact that you are living in a hyperreal but conjured universe monitored by gods or aliens or advanced computers while others who are "asleep" think they are in a lone physical universe.

After my awakening about the true nature of the Universe, I realized I was lucid living while my friends were blissfully unaware.
