If someone lacks they basically mess up what they say.

I can't explain it very well!!!

Heard in the North of the city Perth (Western Australia)

Not sure if used anywhere else.

Boy 1: " You're trash!"

Boy 2: *throws ball at Boy 1*
Boy 1: "that hit hard me"
Boy 2: " LACKKKKKK!"
