This guy tricks the girl into liking him, then when the girl begins to question which guy she truly has feelings for, the jerk stops talking to her and makes fun of her to his friends because the girl actually fell for it.

Though many women constantly complain about guys like that, most end up with one, because they didn't dig deeper and didn't try to see through the jerk's crap. Instead of going for a nice guy who will obviously be there for a girl, most girls choose what's right in front of them, a cold-hearted bastard who happens to look "macho", who is a big-time flirt and wears his penis on his sleeve.
