The feeling where you don't want to do anything, despite other things you might enjoy doing or things that will benefit you.

This is mostly found where you just want to sit around fooling around on the internet instead of doing anything.

Described my web cartoonist Jeph Jacques as: "vegetative wakefulness".

Sally: Just close your laptop so we can go and eat ice cream for dinner, and sleep in.

Always written in large caps, this is a frequent strange auto-correct on some phones. Since the inebriated intends to use the word grumpy, it has become a synonym for grumpy.
