A play on Fraptious Day from the new Alice in Wonderland.

Filipino Flophouse

A Filipino Flophouse is essentially a "Dry-docked upper-decker". The act involves turning off the water source of a toilet, flushing the toilet to render it dry in the tank and bowl and then depositing ones excrement in the tank portion of the toilet.
