Refers to the drivers of vehicles made to look and sound like the ones in the movie "Fast & the Furious". The cars commonly have flashy paint jobs, large spoilers, odd sounding engines, tinted windows, and extravagant sound systems.

Describing anyone, but especially women who act very fake. Nice to your face, but will stab you in the back. Whether it is just one, or a clique.
