1. A sexually explicit reference to the sex organ of minority race women, especially the vagina.

2. Derrogatory (usually racist) term that implies that minority race women have unsanitary vaginas/sex organs, especially in implication to white race women having superiorly hygenic vaginas in contrast.

White vagina is better than negro drow.
