To excrete vaginal fluid out of the anus, usually after saying something witty and "douchey". There are many variations of this.

1. The act or practice of behaving like a complete douche bag in public thereby drawing attention to yourself and having people talk about you in a derogatory manner. Douchismo is characterized by the person believing that they are the center of attention because they are completely cool having no idea that the opposite is in fact true.

That guy trying to sing karaoke while trying to give all the ladies table dances was completely full douchismo.

Douchenism

The act of completely dedicating oneself to being a douche to almost biblical levels. For most, being fully dedicated to douchenism is so engrained that they don't even realise their own membership has been bought, paid for and passed on to their offsprings, all while making any other members of society, (particularly non douchenists), groan in pain with every action they take.

Douchelish

The language douche bags speak. Most douche bags are fluent in Douchelish. This was term mentioned in an episode of "The Soup." Spencer Pratt and Ryan Seacrest are both fluent in Douchelish.

Here's an example two reaaaaally white douche bags speaking douchelish:

Douche 1: "Yo, homie, we meetin some peeps tonight?"

Douche 2: "Aw, yeah, dawg. I wanna get ripped."

Douche 1: "You don't rip, you zip you flip, you trip."

Douche 2: "Aw, hell yeah, homie."
