A douchebag with the ability to draw other douchebags to his or her circle of lunacy and convince them to perpetuate the original douchebag's agenda, most commonly seen in the arena of politics and government, but can define anyone in any walk of life with the ability to draw others into their own crazy plight.

That person is such a doucheherder. I can't believe they got all of those other douchebags to come together and agree with them.

Tyrone is a great guy; Robbie looks like Tyrone, but Robbie is a douchebag. Robbie is Tyrone's douchelganger.
