dialect panic

a phenomenon that may or may not happen when a speaker of a language tries to communicate with another speaker of a different dialect.

For example, a Spanish speaker from Mexico might worry that he might have trouble communicating with the Spaniards or perhaps, when an American trying to speak with Australians.

I always have a dialect panic when I'm traveling out of USA.

When a girl feels she will die if she doesn't get a penile injection.

One type of treatment is administered orally. It is classified as a DCI (dickabetical cumsulin injection). A DCI is administered when the female is giving oral sex. Once the male is seconds from cumming in the mouth of the person suffering from dickabetes, he injects himself with an insulin needle then transfers the insulin through his giz into the woman's mouth.

Failure to treat a DCI will result in dickococcal pneumonia. Dickococcal pneumonia leads to serious depression or even death.
