It means King in Spanish... also spelt or known as Caliph and another way of spelling this is Khalifa but that is Arabic for muslim leader as politician or successor as power of authority and non-religous or or spiritual.

Califarkian

A Californian that moves to Arkansas.

You can take the girl out of California but you can't take California out of the girl. Since California is too expensive to live in, I moved to Arkansas. I coined this word because I even though I'm a native Californian I no longer live in California, and I'll never be an Arkansan, so I've decided I'll be a Califarkian. There's even a Califarkian that lives across the street.
