bluehead

A bluehead is an old lady who has a blue rinse in her hair.
Usually seen driving 20 miles an hour below the speed limit.
The term was first used in parts of New England but has now spread to other areas where old folk still use a blue rinse for hirsute dyeing.

There's another bluehead holding up the traffic ahead.

Butherface often pronounced (butterface) is word used to describe a female of being physically attractive in every area excluding the face. The name litteraly comes from the saying everything about her was good, but her face. Used by all age groups but only by straight men predominatly in the south or "ghetto" city neighborhoods.

Blythe

A beautiful girl who's eccentric, spunky, hilarious, and quirky. She is usually aware of her good looks but it never hurts to tell her again. She in most cases is an awesome dancer and can be very surprising with her skills. Frankly she's the best so boys get down on your knees and worship her because... well duh, she's the best. She also thinks so highly of herself, she can occasionally be blunt and rough, and has even been thought heartless and can be intimidating... but would you have her anyway? No? Good answer.

n. cross between "utter" and "blab/blubber/bluster" and such. Meant to convey a sense of poorly chosen words spoken in passion.

Bernie: She said what she heard wouldn't be hearsay. She looked it up. We were arguing, so it would qualify as an excited blutterance.
