Methamphetamine is a synthetic stimulant amphetamine-based. Meth is ephedrine, for example, by the reduction of obtained with hydrogen iodide or iodine + phosphorus and usually has a very high degree of purity.

Meth is usually snorted, but can also be swallowed. In dissolved form, methamphetamine is also injected. Among the rarer forms of consumption among smoking.

You don't hear about a lot of black methheads. The police want to make George Floyd look like one of those rare black guys who uses not only methamphetamine, but methamphetamine and fentanyl at the same time, since it was in his system at the time he died. That's a little but hard to believe, even for a guy with a history of drug use (if there is truth to what people are told about George Floyd's history of drug use) .

Police are as capable of lying as anybody else. Methamphetamine is a drug black people rarey seem to touch though. If something doesn't sound right or add up about what police said about a guy, it's probably not true.
