Rawger is a stoner who loves to be short and funny by not even trying; he makes everything so much better and usually gets into a lot of trouble by things he definitely did. Always has weed on him whenever he’s not on parol. Doesn’t take things serious, but will listen to your problems if you tell him to. Deep down he cares for the people he’s friends with.
