run the fade

A phrase that is used when you are challenging somebody to fight you. Can be used as an alternative for “square up.”

“I heard you were talking mad shit. Run the fade, homie!”

hero run

When you need to go on a long trip for something, typically, at the last minute.

Think of a hero sacrificing great effort to run and get something.

I really wanted that Wurlitzer Jukebox, but it's 1,000 miles away. I think I am going on a hero run to get it!
