Diversity Shield

When something is bad, but critiquing said thing isn't possible due to the diverse actions or portrayals that occur within.

A: I was bingeing shows on Netflix during Corona and I watched a really bad one called Another Life.
B: What's so bad about it?
A: Pretty much everything. To make sure it wasn't me I went to watch some reviews and noticed that any of them that didn't like the show will get people talking about how diverse the cast is or that there's a female lead.
B: But the shows still shit?
A: Oh yeah, but you can't say shit since the makers used their Diversity Shield to divert any genuine critical debate.

A Moon Shaped Pool

Radiohead album released in 2016. While it's possibly their moodiest album to date, it has some of the most intricate songs the band has ever created. It reflects a very emotional, yet creative time for the band. The album includes masterpieces such as "Daydreaming", "True Love Waits" and "Present Tense". A Moon Shaped Pool is a 10/10.

someone who has their own 'individual' style and thinks that what they look like is acceptable in society. other people, however, probably laugh. better to be a sheep than a lost sheperd, and better to be a normal sheperd than a lost one. lost sheperds are different in a bad way.

1 - 'you wear clothes like everyone else. stop being a sheep and get a personality'
2 - 'id rather not be so different it becomes a bad thing'
3 - 'yeah, rather not be a lost sheperd'

Throwing shapes

Irish slang: acting aggressively (especially men) or someone who struts/walks in an aggressive manner

Acting aggressive - "your man was throwing shapes in the pub last night so I had to give him a few digs"
Mocking someone's walk - "state of your man - throwing shapes all over the place!" - is usually followed by an imitation of the way they walk
