A person who has little or no eyebrows.
The term originates from a small town in Ireland, called Portadown, first used on a school bus to insult a real asshole who was devoid of eyebrows.

Used as a delivery to a joke, the nobody joke is seen mostly in youtube comments whenever a video gets popular.

The people that make this joke consist of 12 to 15 year olds that think that racist irony is comedy gold.

Most of the time, the punchline is a timestamp from video. Rendering the joke, completely useless.
