A stock response to anything glaringly obvious and/or ridiculously paranoid that somebody high might say. Sounds genuine to a stoner but has a mocking undertone from which sober people can draw amusement. Derived from an episode of Sealab 2021, a stoner favorite.

Sparks: "Marduk, you totally rule"
Marduk: "I totally already know that"

Stoner: "McDonalds is totally responsible for like, two point eight billion deaths from starvation in Canada alone"
Sober guy: "I totally already know that."

Is it Friday Already?

Intended to be in the same vain as "That's What She Said", used when someone inadvertently makes a comment that could be interpereted as sexual in nature. The result of which makes it seem as though the speaker embarks on this kind of thing weekly. It originated from the movie "The Usual Suspects" where 5 characters are jailed, and one states after being strip-searched...

Fenster: Man, I had a finger up my asshole tonight.

Hockney: Is it Friday already?

Alta Loma

Part of what everyone knows is just Rancho Cucamonga but residents feel needs to be separate. The Northwest part of Rancho where there are so many richy houses with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and 30 square feet of backyard for your little yippie purse dwelling dog. A wonderful place to live if your dad is a Lawyer and your mom is a Doctor.

Aleandra

A very caring person who has manner towards strangers. He has a good sense of humour and is polite, but when he is around with his friends he is totally different. He talks behind people's backs, he says mean things, and if he had rich parents, he would be a spoilt brat. He is always thinks bad of himself, but this is at a phase of teenage-hood. He would be successful in life only if he has a friend with an interest in starting up a business. He is lazy, but he is conscious of how much he spends
