Road Rudder

A Dutch Rudder performed on a person while they drive a car (much like road head). Warning: do not attempt in a vehicle with manual transmission.

The front seats in Bill's Hummer are too far apart, so instead of road head, I gave him a Road Rudder.

Usually used by people who might be considered "preps" or part of the "in-crowd"
