partle

the word 'partle' was first used by an African poster who actively supports ruzzia in their invasion of Ukraine. in a comment/reply on the Moscow Times' facebook page
i *believe* it may have been a spelling error for 'partly'. but the context it was used in did not allude to 'partly'
since it first appeared it has grown in use
because of its catch-all nature, it can be used for anything. which i think might disqualify its inclusion in UD

a couple of examples: "those people over there. they aren't drunk, they're partled"

and "i've just got my car back from the garage. it's been partled"
