She is commonly found in gacha FNaF videos and possesses Ballora as such. Scott Cawthon has not mentioned a "Mrs. Afton" or Williams wife so she's basically not canon and is just a fanmade character.
Her common name is Clara, however, some have named her Rose or Rosella.
