From fag with the Latin ending for liking as in coprophiliac.

A male who enjoys spending time with gay males, but is repulsed by lesbians.

Similar to a lesbain, fruit fly or fag hag but more intense and combining the characteristics of a lesbiaphob, and male.

He's such a fagaphiliac. Last night he spewed in the doorway when he accidentally walked in on a lesbian group at the Gay and Lesbian Activists Alliance conference.
