Someone who takes an organization, event or something large that is broken and repairs it and makes it work again, and in many cases, profitable and beyond successful. A turnaround artist can be anyone who runs an organization, from a CEO to a President of an organization to any form of a head.
The Salt Lake City Olympic games were on the fritz until Mitt Romney came along as the CEO of the organizing committee and Romney ensured that the games made a profit and ran smoothly, earning him the title of a "turnaround artist". Another turnaround artist would be Lee Iacocca, who worked to make Chrysler profitable in the 1980's and 1990's.

A con artist who runs a Ponzi Scheme. Named after Wall Street fraudster Bernie Madoff, the man who set a world record for the biggest Ponzi Scheme of $65,000,000,000 and got 150 years in Federal Prison in Butner North Carolina. A Madoff Artist offers to invest your money and promises you 12.5% return on your investments with no risks. It looks good on paper, but he doesn't make investments with any other trading firm and just gives you other "investors'" money. A Madoff Artists keeps his Ponzi Scheme going until there is no more money and the well dries up. When the well dries up that's when the Madoff Artists has no more money to return and people ask for their money to be returned. The scam falls apart and the Madoff Artist get arrested, charged with securities fraud, pleas guilty or takes his chances in court, convicted, and sent to Federal prison.
The moral: Don't let the deadly sin of greed get to you and invest your own money on Wall Street. Invest your own money on Wall Street and accept the risks that come with the territory.

Man 1: That Madoff Artist stole my retirement funds.
Man 2: He did the same thing to me too.....
Protesters: Where's our money? This ain't funny! Where's our money? This ain't funny!
Woman: Give up our money back you Madoff Artist!

A Young Artist is a person, roughly around 3 - 18, who draws either well, decent or beginner. It can also be used as a word to describe a dream or if they want to be an artist in the future.
Person 1: "Hey, your art is cool!"
Young Artist: "Thanks! I'm actually a young artist!"
or
Person 1: "What do you want to be when your older?"
Young Artist: "I wanna be an Artist!"
Person 1: "Ooo, your quite young to be drawing well though?"
Young Artist: "Just because I draw like a beginner doesn't mean I cant draw like an expert in the end!"
