The phenomena of males, particularly in technical fields, completely ignoring women in the same field. Intentionally excluding them from conversations and discussions, especially in face-to-face settings. Literally acting like the women don’t exist.

A bunch of dudes chit chatting in the hotel elevator with each other about the IT conference but completely ignore my presence, like I am invisible. I hate boysclubbing.
