Regional (Syracuse, NY) derogatory term used to describe someone the speaker dislikes. i.e. A jerkoff, a stroke, a moron, etc... Encompasses many insulting terms without actually stating them.

Person one: "Hey, did you hear about what your neighbor did?"

Person two: "Screw him, he's another one."

Day One

Day one is a term stolen by basic women (and men) for their "insta" captions. It references a person that is close friend. The term is really referring to someone that has been there since your day one and therefore should only be used by twins who have a literal day one.
