When you're a manager and strive to get the lowest score possible on ab employee feedback survey. This is not golf but the manager arrives to believe the lowest employee satisfaction survey possible is best.

Manager Rob: I got a 15 on my employee feedback survey.

Employee Tina: You know that's golf management, right! You want a high, not low, score.

A way to manage tech teams working to an ill-defined task, described by Tracy Kidder as "Keep them in the dark, feed them shit, watch them grow" (in his 1981 title 'The Soul of a New Machine' about the people that built the first minicomputer at Data General).

As long as the outcome remains undefined, there's no way to hold them accountable for whichever result. You'd better apply mushroom management instead.

Hanger Management

When you are arrested for assault at a fast food establishment for Anger Issues and have to take anger management!

Customer: I ordered 6 nuggets and I got five. Customer proceeds to throw the nuggets and hits employees! Cops are called and now you are arrested and have to take Hanger Management!
