A tiny, slow town with 3 traffic lights, all on the same stretch of highway that runs through the town. A place where businesses don't have websites on that newfangled interweb thing, but both religions (Baptist and Methodist) are equally represented on every jury, board, and government office. Only redeeming quality is its proximity to Chattanooga, where one can experience civilization any time he or she is willing to drive 25 minutes down the interstate.
I ran out of shampoo and was about to go to Walmart for more, but then I remembered that I live in Jasper, Tennessee, which isn't even big enough for the Waltons to notice it's existence.

Jasper is a Gem (Gems are aliens who colonize planets and destroy them, led by the Great Diamond Authority), with pale-orange skin and dark red-orange stripes, golden eyes and long, fluffy white hair that passes her hips. She was created for Pink Diamond (one of the Great Diamond Authority) during the Rebellion War (where Gems fought against the Diamonds to protect Earth, which was Pink’s Colony) in the Beta Kindargarten. She is the ULTIMATE soldier, no Gem would ever be as perfect as she was. She is tall and muscular and her weapon is the Crash Helmet (a bartering ram helmet) and she can use abilities like the Spin Dash (think the roll from Sonic). She was corrupted (turned into a monster) and bubbles in the events of Earthlings, and remains bubbled to this day. Rumour says that she might come back, but for now we could just hope.
The fans have mixed feelings about Jasper. She was given the nickname ‘Big Buff Cheeto Puff’ by the fans of the show who like her. Yet, she does receive backlash because of how she behaves through the show.
2. A form of opaque stone from the Chaceldony genus of gemstones. Jaspers are fine-grain stones and belong to the Quartz family. They come in a variety of colours, ranging from red, black, white, brown and green. Jaspers are mostly used as promoters of strength, wisdom and courage.
