The going rate of any new inmate, upon his arrival to prision. His exact value being "one Twinkie". Often temporarily traded from one lifer to another, for sexual favours.

McJerkin Trade 

This definition applies within the realm of fantasy sports. A McJerkin trade is one in which one team offers another team a trade that is beyond unfair. It is truly erroneous on all levels and smells of collusion. In simple terms its cheating!
