The appearance of having been hiding behind a screen door that someone was throwing shit at. Often used in reference to person(s) with large amount of freckles.

Oh man, that girls is so cute but she is sooo shit-screen.
Origin: Was coined in Burlington Massachusetts but not sure if it was used anywhere else
