A Reppste is incredible gamer. He will always have the best aim, best movement, and if he's a speedrunner, the fastest times. No one messes with a Reppste. If you can get a Reppste on your team consider yourself very lucky. He will carry you without breaking a sweat. Reppstes are usually located in Iowa, however have been spotted in other parts of the U.S. Also thinks New Vegas is the best Fallout.
