What unemployed or underemployed unimpressive people ( who think that reparations are part of the gig economy) actually do when they have too much free time on their hands.

From the song by the Kaiser Chiefs of the same name. Usually shouted at close quaters blurring the words together to sound like "ipredictariot". Used often in kitchens when very busy to exclaim the manic nature of working in a resturant and kitchen. The reply is often yes mate or i predict a riot in an even more incomprehensible nature. Usually the quicker and faster you say it the better.
