The act of taking a piss at the urinal while suddenly becoming overcome with flatulence. Once farting begins, a distinct understanding of the difference between a fart while pissing and the infamous Pizzer Shizzer overcomes subject.

I was pissing at the urinal when I decided to blow a huge fart; I realized very quickly that I had just experienced a Pizzer Shizzer and I should've used the stall.
