A PLURtard is usually an unabashed enthusiast of trance music, ecstasy, cuddle puddles, candy jewelry, neon fur clothing, vapo-rub coated surgical masks, baby pacifiers, and dancing with LEDs and glowsticks. The term is often used by jaded/old school ravers, junglists, or non-raving "club-centric" electronic music fans in reference to members of the rave community who indulge in rave cliches in an overabundance and without any moderation or tact.
