Lifesleep

The average person spends 8 hours a day sleeping. Over the course of someone's life, this means that the average person spends a third of their life in lifesleep. If someone is 90 years old, they spend 30 years sleeping and were only awake for 60 years. Even if an 80 year old only slept for 6 hours a day, they still would have lifeslept for 20 years throughout their lifetime.

Holy crap!!! I am almost 40 years old and I lifesleep only about 6 hours a day!! That means I am really only 30 years awake!!!
