It's the joining of the words "Celibate" and "Narcissist". It's what one may refer to himself/ herself after he/she has realised that they're don't think anyone is as pretty as they are.
they are head over heels in love with themselves. They don't consider sex to be necessary in life. They're asexuals by choice. They (are narcissistic ) don't think people are good enough for them, and therefore they don't want to waste sex with them.
