Not only is this the "City of the Dead," but it is more commonly known as a common sexual practice in nursing homes and retirement communities. When the hamstrings connect to the front of the knees and blows out the acl and the mcl.

Angie claimed that she blew out her hamstring and in reality, she blew out her hamknees. Pain was in the hamstring area, but just like cankles, the hamstring and the knees were connected, intertwined as one. So she had surgery to repair her acl and her mcl.
