known as flødeboller, is a pastry, containing egg whites sugar and chocolate, which while being made seems to transform bird poo (les crotes de nez, comparison refering to the egg whites) into dog poo (les crotes de chiens, a comparison refering to the shape of the flodeboller with chocolate).
