Scotch Egg Syndrome

When seasonal changes to the weather occur and produce sub zero temperatures, men are susceptible to Scotch Egg Syndrome. A condition know only to affect males, when testicles are particularly cold, the scrotal sack reduces in size and the testicles amalgamate into one "ball", resembling a Scotch Egg.
