The new OCD: It is when people tend to overeat or over consume a product, such as, gasoline.

She is fat because she has OCD.

Why is she fat if she has obsessive compulsive disorder? Doesn't she do a lot of cleaning and stuff?

No. It's obsessive consumption disorder. The new OCD that is plaguing Americans. She cannot stop consuming unhealthy food. Plus she gets no exercise and overuses gasoline by driving her fat-ass everywhere.
