a commonly used slang term for skull-fucking. derived from the act of scooping out the relevant eyeball with an ice cream scoop, but leaving the optic nerve attached so that once the skull-fucking has commenced, the fucker's balls knock against the fuckee's optic nerve, like in a game of conkers.
