Colloquial, form of eye crap, the crusy and/or gooey jism that forms in the corner(s) of your eye(s) overnight, at least some times. Not often, but usually after a wild evening. Can be dangerous to rub upon awakeining, you can scratch your cornea. A close relative of mehmeh

I woke up with a serious case of eye-eye. I'm going to knit some mehmeh stockings and make some eye-eye cookies.

1. A disdainful,incredulous look: Expressed by squinting with the left eye and raising the eyebrow of the other, while tilting the head slightly downward and to the left. Made notable by comedian David Letterman, often when riffing on the mannerisms of baseball manager Sparky Anderson.

Somebody thought this means a sexy look. I give them the skunk eye.

rub-eye 

To stroke your penis through your pants while menacingly staring into someone else’s eyes.

To stare someone down while touching and/or rubbing yourself through your pants.

To call inappropriate attention to rubbing your genitalia through your pants.

I'll never eat at Denny's again, some old dude kept on giving me the rub-eye while I was trying to eat!

I killed my college roommate for giving me the rub-eye when I was trying to sleep; now my roommate in prison does the same thing!
