When something is deemed voluntary, yet necessary. Thus, it could technically be thought of as mandatory despite being voluntary.

This gangster tricks parents into spending wayy to much to come to her tatti ass school podar ib ( for spoiled rich brats ) which invokes thoughts of porn, sexual harassment and LGBTQIA+ amongst youngsters ( Some as young as 6 ). Can also be used to describe someone like Kim Jomun.

Eg : It's giving Vandana Lulla
Eg : Omg stop acting like lulla ( autism )
This means that anyone acting autistic / bitchy / who wears a wig is a Vandana Lulla ( big fat wiggie lallu )
Person 1 : Omg she's such a lulla
