An Indian-Italian ritual for finding your inner and outer self. The traditional process goes as follows:
1. Get naked
2. Shower yourself in olive oil (extra virgin)
3. Roll on a bed of flour until fully engulfed in it
4. Boil yourself in a big pot/barrel (think Archimedes's bath tub)
5. Have a strong mate (or substitute with 2 regular or small sized) throw you on a metal refrigerator door
6. If you stick on it the ritual is complete and you've reached the state of al-dentist

Yesterday I had a problem with my work network while i was passing down a tunnel and it stressed me out so much. First thing i did when I got home was getting myself an indalian.
