the one you go to when you finally realize that you're sick of jerks and being afraid, and of ignorant people who say whatever they want because they have no compassion. Has a great since of humor, loves us all. Waits for us to realize He is the truth.
girl 1- "where do i go?"
girl 2- "God is here and will always be here. So you can forget the jerk that just broke up with you over facebook."
girl 1- "right"

Did you hear that Christian the other day? He typed like he was 4 years old. Good thing he went with God.
God damn, some definitions have atrocious spelling. If you're going to define something, the least you can do is sound intelligent.

God is a fundamental principal of Mythology. Gods are magical omnipotent beings who possess abilities, knowledge or insight greater then those of mortal man. They may represent and embody the concept good or evil, forces of nature, the natural elements, and almost any action or idea such as; luck, fertility, revenge, and war.
Most Modern Mythologies such as; Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism Shintoism, Taoism, Freemasonry, Rosicrucians, Wicca, and Mormonism entertain the belief in one all powerful God or Goddess, or a small group of Gods. Hinduism, entertains the belief in a larger group of Gods.
The most common Modern God is decedent from Canaan Mythology. The God named El (Father of Gods, creator of things, Symbolized as a bull ) was spread initially by the early Jewish people, who renamed him Yahweh and stopped the idolatry of the bull. El had two sons, Dawn and Dusk, and a Wife Asherah (later called Shekinah or Matronit) who were worshiped by the Jewish people until 6th century B.C. The Characteristics of the God Mithras were incorporated into Yahweh to form the Mythology of Jesus and Christianity between 0 and 100A.D.

A Divine Entity that lives in Heaven. He is also the Creator of the Universe, is all knowing and is everywhere at the same time. God loves all of His children. He allows us to have free will, and live our lives the way we want to, even if it is full of sin. Christians believe God sent down a son, Jesus Christ, who would live a perfect life and later be crucified on the cross for our sins. God also sent down the 10 Commandments, which are guidelines of how a person should live their lives. It is mentioned in the Bible that the only way to go to Heaven is to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
John 3:16- For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

Looking through Urban Dictionary, you will notice that there are a lot of very very negative definitions of God. From all of the ones that you see, there are only about a couple of good definitions. How sad is that. The very One that created every single human being on this earth, is being mocked, and hated by his own children. But despite all the things that are being said about Him, He still loves each and every single person that hates Him. That's what is so amazing about God. He loves us all despite the way we don't love Him. We don't deserve it, not even one bit. People might say.. if he loves us, why do bad things happen? If he exists, why are there starving children in Africa? I don't know the answer to those questions. I wish I did. I don't know why he lets those things happen. But what I do know is that this life passes by very quickly, and the life that actually matters ends up being just around the corner. We strive for success, money, power.. And then we find out that it's all vanity. It's all empty. It means nothing. That's what life is. Life is meaningless until God gives it a meaning. God is great enough to create the stars, the earth, the very brains in your head. He is great enough to destroy you. But he won't. You already do it to yourself. But he is also there to heal you, and save you from your destruction. Our God is greater, stronger, and higher than any other.
Look at yourself in the mirrior.
You are the one that God created. He created you in His own image. And He loves you.
You are the one that God created. He created you in His own image. And He loves you.
