Asterisk is a hispanic slang for asshole, which is quite fun to use depending on the situation or moment it's being spoken.
You can tell about so since our assholes actually really look like an asterisk... yeah.

For instance:

Rob: Yes.
Damon: Oh great, i know this girl and i'll introd---
Rob: Because the big ones break my asterisk.
Damon: Oh for f*cks sake Rob.

A word subject to distinct variations in form, acting as a substitute in sensitive situations, i.e. a parent cannot know exactly what you are speaking about or to who you are speaking too, but the conversation persists under the given circumstances.

Also, the unknown designated scientific name for the back of the knee.

As a substitute: Sally got an asterfresterniss in the butt, she hasn't shit right for a week.
