A term used to describe someone who looses track of what they're talking about and jumps onto another subject with little or no warning. A similar phenomenon as the disorder ADD or ADHD, but not so bad as to need the medication. Often this will happen in a run-on sentence.

you : "It's just so nice to be able to go out and...damn, these pretzels are making me thirsty!"

me: "Jeez addy! What were you gonna say before you jumped a track?"
