Roastin a stoge

When a person (typically one who is underage) who is not permitted to smoke a cigarette for whatever reason believes is being watched by an individual who will bust him for his smoking, cups the cigarette for a long period of time.

Teenager #1: "We went out to smoke a butt and Josh just sat there roastin a stoge 'cuz he thought his mom was watchin him."
Teenager #2: "That kids mad sketchy. Let's smoke a bowl."
Teenager #1: "Ok."

someone who gets his or her(his in most cases) attentention and identity from talking about or smoking marijuana in front of other people and hoping that anyone notices it and pay attention to it.
stoser is a mixup between 'stoner' and 'poser'.

screaming out loud through the classroom; 'yoo, bob(fictional character), i think i quit smoking for 3 weeks, you with me'! 'yeah chris(fictional character), i think so'.
one day later:
'yoo chris, did you know how stoned i was yesterday'.
'yeah me to'.
